These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the services offered by INTI ECO LODGE EIRL, including :
Accommodation (bungalows, casitas, dormitories)
Nature activities: canoe, kayak, paddle, jungle walks (day & night), monkey bridge, canopy, archery, observation, permaculture, natural swimming
Shamanic retreats, diets and traditional ceremonies
On-site services (meals, drinking water, reception)
All bookings imply unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Reservations are confirmed after written agreement with the team and receipt of the 30% deposit via Mercado Pago.
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm all bookings.
This deposit is non-refundable, whatever the reason for cancellation.
Down payment
The deposit is paid exclusively via Mercado Pago.
Please note:
Down payments made via Mercado Pago may include international bank charges, depending on the country of issue of your card.
You will be notified of the exact amount, including any charges, before payment.
We do not offer international bank transfers (bank charges too high).
The balance is payable on site, in :
cash (USD or soles)
or via TPE/online payment (if available at a later date)
Cancellation by the customer
> 21 days before arrival :
The deposit is retained. No other amount is due.
Between 8 and 21 days :
The deposit is retained. No other amount is due.
< 7 days before arrival or no-show :
The deposit is retained. No other amount is due.
Cancellation by the lodge
In the event of force majeure (bad weather, technical impossibility, exceptional situation), INTI ECO LODGE EIRL may cancel a reservation.
In this case, the deposit is refunded in full.
Shamanic ceremonies, diets and accompaniments are not medical procedures.
They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
Participants must inform the team of any medical condition, treatment, allergy, emotional disorder or substance use.
Incompatible medications must be discontinued as instructed by the team.
The use of alcohol, drugs or unauthorized substances is strictly forbidden.
A preliminary interview may be requested.
Activities include
canoe, kayak, paddle, day and night jungle walks, monkey bridge, canopy, archery, natural swimming, permaculture, hiking.
The customer participates at his or her own risk and undertakes to follow all safety instructions.
INTI ECO LODGE EIRL is not responsible for:
loss or theft
injury if instructions are not followed
consequences related to an undeclared physical/psychological condition or the use of undeclared medication
A deposit can be requested for :
damage to equipment
torn mosquito nets
damaged sheets or bedding
The amount is indicated on site, depending on the case.
Solar electricity available at certain times only.
Filter drinking water.
Chemical products prohibited (soaps, shampoos, mosquito repellents, chemical sun creams). Natural alternatives are available on site.
Zero waste policy
INTI ECO LODGE is committed to a strict ecological approach.
To preserve the Amazon rainforest and our natural filtration systems, we apply a “zero waste” policy.
We ask all visitors to leave with their own personal waste (plastic, packaging, non-recyclable products).
No non-biodegradable waste should be left on site.
Drinking water is supplied via a refill system, to limit the use of plastic.
These GTC are governed by Peruvian law.
In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is San Juan / Iquitos, Loreto, Peru.
